The international associations and Terex demand the salesman or owner of a Terex equipment to register to our database the model and the serial number of each machine sold, as well as the name, address and the telephone number, of the new owner, within 60 days of the sale.

The safety of the users of the product is of paramount importance for Terex. Several bulletins are used by Terex to communicate important safety and product information to resellers and machine owners.
